Henry D. Madsen

Henry D. Madsen

Henry graduated from the University of Idaho in 1991 while working for Idaho Legal Aid in Twin Falls, Idaho. In 1993, he moved to Kootenai County and was hired on as a deputy prosecutor for the county. In 2006 he left the prosecutors office to practice law on his own. Henry specializes in a wide variety of practice areas including criminal defense, family law, auto accidents, construction, real estate, personal injury and more. 

In his spare time, Henry enjoys fishing and duck hunting. He is a proud supporter of Ducks Unlimited, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation of wetlands and associated upland habitats for waterfowl, other wildlife. Henry considers himself to be "a country lawyer", helping friends, family, and clients any way he can.

Jan - Paralegal

Jan has been with Madsen Law Offices, P.C since 2013. Jan has experience in all areas of practice that fall under Henry Madsen's scope of practice, mainly focusing on estate planning and evictions. 

When she is not at the office, Jan enjoys photography, walking her Labradoodles, long-distance bike rides, kayaking, and camping.
